No Court-Record Data on File
We do not host, compile, sell, or maintain court-docket databases or personal case-record files. Mahnomen County court records remain with Mahnomen County District Court Court Administration and public search routes such as MCRO. We are not a consumer reporting agency and do not create consumer reports.

Outside search providers process data entered in their tools under their own privacy terms, retention practices, and sharing rules. Review their policies before submitting information.

Links to MCRO, Minnesota courts, Court Administration, and other resources leave this site. The receiving service’s policy governs that visit. Advertising partners may conduct their own cross-site measurement.

Stat. §13.03, addresses access to public government data, while Minnesota court-record access is also governed by the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch. You may ask us for a copy of information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where appropriate, or an opt-out of certain processing.
